LH Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe From Turbocharger

REMOVAL
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- Remove the left turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe connector (1) from the coolant pump.
- Remove the mounting bracket bolt (2).
- Remove the bolt (1a), the forked flange (1b) and remove the left turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe (1c), complete with O-rings.
- Release the engine coolant outlet pipe (1) from the left turbocharger and remove it.
INSTALLATION
- Install the left turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe (1), complete with O-ring.
- Install the left turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe (1a), refit the forked flange (1b) and tighten the bolt (1c) on turbocharger side to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install and securely tighten the mounting bracket bolt (1).
- Install the left turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe connector (2) to the coolant pump and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
