HandsFreeLink System - HFL does not respond(With Navigation) (2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022)

HFL does not respond 

NOTE: 

• Check the vehicle battery condition first .
• Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.

1. Problem verification

   -1. Press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode.

   -2. Press the PHONE button.

   Is the Initializing screen displayed?

   YES: With AcuraLink

   Go to navigation DTC 2721 (TCU Diag) troubleshooting .

   YES: Without AcuraLink

   AUDIO-NAVIGATION SYSTEM DTC TROUBLESHOOTING: 2705(KA MODELS) (2013 2014 2015) .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If possible, have the client demonstrate the issue.
