  Electrical Compass Troubleshooting - Refer to: Electrical Compass Troubleshooting (2014 2015 2016),  or Electrical Compass Troubleshooting (2017 2018 2019 2020) 

Also Check for

• Make sure the rear door and the tailgate are closed
• Audio unit (B-CAN)
• Check for any aftermarket accessories installed near the compass control unit.
