Taillight Replacement: Sedan

  1. Remove the rear bumper (see FRONT AIR SPOILER REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Remove the trunk side trim panel (see TRUNK SIDE TRIM PANEL )
  3. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the taillight (B).

  4. Turn the bulb sockets (C) 45° counterclockwise to remove the bulbs (D).
  5. Remove the mounting nuts and bolt (E), then remove the taillight.
  6. Remove the screw (F) and separate the taillight and bracket (G).
  7. Inspect the gasket (H); replace it if it is distorted or stays compressed.
  8. Install the taillight in the reverse order of removal.
