Turbocharger Bypass Control Valve Inspection

Special Tools Required

- Vacuum Pump/Gauge, 0-30 inHg Snap-on YA4000A or equivalent, commercially available

1. Remove the turbocharger bypass control valve Service and Repair.

2. Connect a commercially available vacuum pump/gauge. Apply vacuum to the turbocharger bypass control valve. Make sure the turbocharger bypass control valve moves. If the valve does not move, replace the turbocharger bypass control valve.
