Fuel Fill Door Replacement

Special Tools Required 

KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014 *

1. Apply the protective tape (A) to the body surface as shown below.

2. Close the fuel fill door (A) half-way While prying the hook (B) up with a trim tool, slide the fuel fill door forward to release the notches (C) in the fuel fill door from the hooks (D) on the hinge arm (E), then remove the fuel fill door

3. Install the door in the reverse order of removal, and note these items

• If the hooks of the hinge arm are damaged or if the fuel fill door is loose, replace the fuel fill door adapter with a new one (see FUEL FILL DOOR ADAPTER REPLACEMENT )
• Make sure the hooks are installed securely
• Make sure there is no gap between the fuel fill door and the hinge arm
