Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front side marker lamps. Refer to Marker Lamp Replacement - Side in Lighting Systems.
2. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
3. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Air Deflector Replacement - Front Bumper Fascia (Service and Repair).
4. Remove the front wheelhouse push-pins and move the wheelhouse liner rearward.
5. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector (if equipped), by reaching through the headlamp opening.




6. Remove the fascia to lower front fender bracket bolts.
7. Remove the fascia to body push-in retainers.
8. Separate the fascia from the front fenders.
9. Remove the fascia to fascia support push-in retainers.
10. Remove the fascia from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the fascia to the vehicle.
2. Install the fascia to fascia support push-in retainers.
3. Install the fascia to body push-in retainers.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the fascia to lower front fender bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb in).

5. Connect the fog lamp electrical connector (if equipped).
6. Move the wheelhouse liner forward and install the front wheelhouse push-pins.
7. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Air Deflector Replacement - Front Bumper Fascia (Service and Repair).
8. Install the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
9. Install the front side marker lamps. Refer to Marker Lamp Replacement - Side in Lighting Systems.
