Diagnostic Information

Mechanical linkage 

The gear shift paddles do not have a built-in diagnostic system. The Gear Selector Module (GSM) monitors the gear shift paddles and the Transmission Control Module (TCM) sets the DTCs and readable parameters.

Shift-by-wire (hybrid) 

The gear shift paddles do not have a built-in diagnostic system. The Electronic Gear Selector Module (EGSM) monitors the switches and sets the DTCs and readable parameters.
