The antenna, keyless vehicle, is used to transmit and receive signals from the remote key when the remote key is in or around the vehicle. There are several antennas that are strategically placed in the front doors, the passenger area, and the luggage compartment, to have a good reception with the remote key.

The antenna, keyless vehicle, placed in the passenger compartment only works as a backup key reader. It has a very short range and only reads signals if the remote key is in a very close proximity.
