Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Special Tool: 999 7104 Clamp ring

Torque: Aluminum wheel rim to wheel hub

Stage 1: 4Nm
Stage 2: 50Nm
Stage 3: 140Nm

Tighten the nuts.

Slowly rotate the brake disc and note the dial indicator gauge readings.

NOTE:

The following steps are only necessary when installing a new component.

Perform wheel hub front, checking. Refer to: WHEEL HUB FRONT, CHECKING

Remove the front brake disc. Refer to: FRONT BRAKE DISC

INSTALLATION

Install brake caliper front. Refer to: FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
