Brake Disc Rear, Checking [2009-2017]: Check
Refer to Special Tool: 999 5418
Remove the wheel. Refer to WHEELS
Remove brake caliper rear. Refer to REAR BRAKE CALIPER
NOTE:
Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
Refer to Special Tool: 999 7104
Torque: Wheel to wheel hub
- Stage 1: 20 Nm
- Stage 2: 140 Nm
Refer to Special Tool: 999 5420
Slowly rotate the brake disc and note the dial indicator gauge readings.
Refer to Special Tool: 999 5420 and Special Tool: 981 3134
NOTE:
The following steps are only necessary when installing a new component.
Remove brake disc rear. Refer to REAR BRAKE DISC
