Brake Pedal [2017, B4204T23; B4204T27]: Installation
Do not fully tighten the nut yet.
Install the screw.
Make sure that the component is positioned correctly.
Install the nut.
Torque:Brake pedal, to Pedal box, 18 Nm
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Perform Battery, connecting, refer to: BATTERY DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING
Perform supplemental restraint system (SRS), post check, refer to: SUPPLEMENTARY RESTRAINT SYSTEM
Calibration according to: Diagnostics / Components / Control modules/ Central Electronic Module (CEM) / Diagnostic sequences / Calibration of brake pedal sensor and brake pedal angle sensor
Calibration according to: Diagnostics / Components / Control modules / Vehicle Dynamics Domain Master (VDDM) / Calibration of regenerative braking system

TEST DRIVE
Problems with the brakes may make the vehicle difficult to manoeuvre. Always test drive cars under safe, controlled conditions. Follow the appropriate traffic regulations.
Test drive where other traffic will not be disrupted!
The test drive must include at least one right-hand and one left-hand turn (more than 45 degrees), at least a 100 metres stretch and a braking from 50 km/h to rest with ABS control. The test is passed if the DSTC system does not illuminate any lamp (Warning lamp for wheel spin, ABS lamp or the general brake warning lamp).
