REMOVAL

Remove ac-compressor, refer to: AC COMPRESSOR

CAUTION:

To prevent moisture or dirt from entering the system, the protective plugs must always be installed immediately after disassembly.

Install the marked components.

Install the nuts

CLEANING

Clean the surface.

Release the lock.

Remove the marked part.

Measure and note the amount of compressor oil.

INSTALLATION

Make sure to use liberal amounts of oil on the O-rings before installation.

Install the marked component.

Make sure that the component is positioned correctly.

Install the catch.

Connect the connector.

ADJUSTMENT OF OIL QUANTITY

CAUTION:

Ensure that the measured amount of compressor oil is refilled with fresh oil.
