REMOVAL 

Remove the headlamp, refer to: HEADLAMPS

Make sure to seal all vent openings.

Remove the hose.

Special Tool: 951 2985   and Special Tool: 951 2775

Start the pressure measuring tool. Check that the reading of the tool is 0 bar.

Adjust the pressure to maximum 40 mbar.

Close the valve and wait for 30 seconds. If the pressure does not drop below 20 mbar, the headlamp is considered to have no leaks.

INSTALLATION 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
