Auxiliary Water Pump [2016-2019, B4204T28, TG-81SC | 2020, B4204T28; B4204T39, TG-81SD]: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
Drain the cooling system, refer to: COOLING SYSTEM - DRAINING, CHARGING AND BLEEDING
Remove left-hand front wheel arch liner, refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER
Remove the screw.
Remove the part carefully
Remove the marked part.
Remove the screw.
Fold marked part aside.
Torque: M8, 24Nm
Disconnect the connector.
CAUTION:
Take extra care not to damage the thread during installation.
CAUTION:
Pull carefully.
Remove the screws.
Torque: Water pump, to Bracket, 1.5Nm
CAUTION:
Make sure that the components are positioned correctly.
Remove the part carefully
NOTE:
Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.
Loosen the hose clamps.
Undo the hoses from the connections.
Remove the marked part.
