Starter Motor [2016-2020, B4204T23; B4204T27]: Removal

Perform battery disconnecting and connecting, refer to: BATTERY DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING

Follow instructions for lifting points body frame, refer to: JACKING POINTS BODY

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding, refer to: COOLING SYSTEM - DRAINING, CHARGING AND BLEEDING

Remove the screw.

Torque:  M6, 10Nm

Remove intake manifold, refer to: INDUCTION PIPE

1. Remove the clip.
2. Fold marked part aside.

Torque:  Starter motor B+ terminal, 11Nm

Torque:  Start impulse lead, 6.5Nm

Remove the nut.

Loosen the clip.
