REMOVAL

NOTE:

Remove the plenum cover, refer to: PLENUM COVER

Remove the screw.

Torque: M6, 10Nm

Remove the marked part.

Disconnect the connector.

CAUTION:

Make sure that all openings are sealed.

Detach the following items:

Loosen the clip.

Remove the screw.

Torque: M6, 10Nm

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

CAUTION:

If accidentally dropped or knocked install a new hydraulic control unit (HCU) and module.

Perform bleeding air brake system, refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING

Order and download the appropriate Volvo software. (VIDA/Software/Hardware Changes)

Perform test drive schedule DSTC/ BCM/ VDDM, refer to: TEST DRIVE FORM DSTC/ BCM/ VDDM
