Components That Must Always Be Replaced With New

Check that no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored.

Replace all pyrotechnic components that have deployed and/or give a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).

Replace collapsed steering column with new.

Occupant weight sensor OWS

Replace all seat belts and seat belt pretensioners that give a diagnostic trouble code, including height adjusters, end anchors and quick release.

Replace the seat belt buckle of the deployed seat belt pretensioner.

The steering wheel, if the steering wheel airbag has been deployed

Driver ' s airbag contact reel

Second row mid position seat, complete, provided that the seat belt tensioner has deployed.

Any list or panel, and headliner, in case damage from pyrotechnical deployment has occurred.

In case of side impact, replace all collision sensors on the damaged side of the vehicle.

Collision sensors located in the front, when collision has occurred that affects this area (Front bumper)
