Carrier Plate [2016-2020, B4204T23; B4204T27, TG-81SC; TG-81SC AWD]: Installation
CAUTION:
Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the flywheel is in full contact with the crankshaft flange before installing the flywheel bolts.
NOTE:
Make sure that the locating pin on the crankshaft is aligned with the guide hole in the flywheel or flexplate.
Install the marked component.
Refer to: Special Tool: 999 5678
Install the screws.
Torque:Carrier plate,
- Stage 1: 45 Nm
- Stage 2: 50 °
Remove the Special Tool.
Install the screws.
Torque:Carrier plate,
- Stage 1: 45 Nm
- Stage 2: 50 °
Remove the screw.
Remove the nut.
Remove the Special Tool.
Install the transmission, refer to: TRANSMISSION
