VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION
Only tighten the nuts and bolts when the suspension is in the normal drive position.
See information about normal position, refer to: NORMAL POSITION
ALL VEHICLES
The image content (components etc.) may vary depending on equipment level or for other reasons.
Do not fully tighten the nut yet.
Install the marked component.
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Do not fully tighten the bolt.
Install the screw.
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Tighten the screw.
Torque:Lower control arm rear to wheel knuckle (front mounting),
- Stage 1: 140 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Do not fully tighten the bolt.
Install the screw.
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Tighten the screw.
Torque:Arm lower rear, to subframe (rear mounting),
- Stage 1: 140Nm
- Stage 2: 150 °
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Install the screw.
Tighten the bolts.
Torque:Arm lower rear, to subframe (front mounting),
- Stage 1: 90 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
Tighten the screw.
Torque:Lower control arm rear to wheel knuckle (rear mounting),
- Stage 1: 90 Nm
- Stage 2: 120 °
VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Install air suspension, rear, refer to: AIR SUSPENSION, REAR
Make sure that the air springs are inflated before lowering the vehicle.
VEHICLES WITHOUT AIR SUSPENSION
Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
Tighten the screw.
Torque:Rear shock absorber, to Lower control arm,
- Stage 1: 90 Nm
- Stage 2: 150 °
Remove the Special Tool.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten the nut.
Torque: Spring seat outer, to lower arm rear, 80Nm
