REMOVAL

Remove relevant side front wheel, refer to: WHEELS

NOTE:

Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.

NOTE:

Use new seals.

Undo the hose from the connection.

Torque: Brake hose (screw) to brake caliper, 40Nm

Remove brake pads front, refer to: BRAKE PADS, FRONT

Remove the screws.

Torque: Mount front brake caliper, 200Nm

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

WARNING:

Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.

CAUTION:

Make sure to place the component as the graphic shows.

Hint: Use a screwdriver.

Tighten the screw.

Torque: Brake hose (screw) to brake caliper, 40 Nm

Perform bleeding air brake system, refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING
