Vibration Damper [2018-2020, B4204T23 | 2018-2020, B4204T27 | 2016-2020, B4204T28 | 2020, B4204T39]: Installation
NOTE:
Make sure that a new component is installed.
NOTE:
Only tighten the bolt finger tight at this stage.
Install the marked component.
Install the screw.
NOTE:
Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.
Install the screws.
Refer to: Special Tool: 999 7495
Torque: M12, 80Nm
Refer to: Special Tool: 115 9079 and Special Tool: 999 7495
Tighten the bolts.
Torque:Oscillation damper (screw) to crankshaft
- Stage 1: 20 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
Refer to: Special Tool: 999 7495
Tighten the screw.
Remove the Special Tool.
Torque:Central screw oscillation damper (crankshaft),
- Stage 1: 110 Nm
- Stage 2: 90 °
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
