Active Safety Domain Master (ASDM) [2016-2020]: Installation
Install the marked component.
Install the screws.
Tighten the bolts.
Torque: Active Safety Domain Master (ASDM), to Bracket, 6Nm
Perform Active Safety Domain Master (ASDM), adjustment, refer to: ACTIVE SAFETY DOMAIN MASTER
Perform windscreen at camera location, cleaning, refer to: WINDSCREEN AT CAMERA LOCATION, CLEANING
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Calibrate ASDM according to: Diagnostics / Components / Control modules /Active Safety Domain Master (ASDM) / Diagnostic sequences / ASDM radar and camera calibration
The following steps are only necessary when installing a new component.
Order and download the appropriate Volvo software. (VIDA/Software/Hardware Changes)
