REMOVAL

Loosen the screws.

Remove the marked part.

Disconnect the connectors.

Fold marked part aside.

Release the lock.

Undo the hose from the connection.

Fold marked part aside.

Remove the clips.

Detach the following items: 

1. Loosen the clip.
2. Depress the locking device.
3. Remove the hose.

Remove the screw.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Disconnect the connector.

Torque:  M6, 10Nm

Remove the screw.

Remove the part carefully

Torque:  Manifold absolute pressure MAP sensor, 5Nm :only applies to [2016, B4204T28]  , or Torque:  Manifold absolute pressure MAP sensor, 3.5Nm

Remove the screws.

Torque:  EVAP valve bracket, to Inlet manifold, 5Nm

Lift the marked component up

Detach the following items: 

1. Loosen the clip.
2. Undo the hose from the connection.

Remove the screws.

Torque:  M7, 17Nm

Remove the marked part.

TRANSFERRING COMPONENTS

Remove the screws.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Torque:  Engine cover bracket, to Intake manifold, 6Nm

INSTALLATION 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
