The minimum permitted brake disc thickness is read on the brake disc.

CHECK

Remove brake calliper, front, refer to: FRONT BRAKE CALIPER

NOTE:

Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Torque: M14, 130Nm

Slowly rotate the brake disc and note the dial indicator gauge readings.

NOTE:

The following steps are only necessary when installing a new component.

Perform wheel hub front, checking, refer to: WHEEL HUB FRONT, CHECKING

Remove the front brake disc, refer to: FRONT BRAKE DISC

INSTALLATION

Install brake caliper front, refer to: FRONT BRAKE CALIPER

NOTE:

This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Install brake disc front, refer to: FRONT BRAKE DISC
