Checking Wiring

Check the cable between central electronic module (CEM) connector #2B and ignition switch connector X-supply #6 for an intermittent open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, INTERMITTENT FAULTS and for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO SUPPLY VOLTAGE, INTERMITTENT FAULTS .

Other information 

• The voltage must be 0 V if the key is in position 0 or III.
