Checking The Power Supply

• Ignition off
• Check the control module connector for speed related power steering. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. In particular, check for any damage
• Ignition on.

  Measure the voltage between terminals #4 and #3 in the control module connector for speed related power steering. The voltage should be battery voltage.

Was the voltage correct? 

• YES 

  Refer to CHECKING THE SIGNAL CABLE 

• NO 

  Refer to CHECKING THE WIRING
