Installing The Brake Pipes

NOTE:

For tightening torques, see: TIGHTENING TORQUE .

NOTE:

Seal the ends of the pipe before installing the new brake pipe.

Thread the brake pipe between the bodywork and the fuel lines.

Continue under the parking brake cable and over the muffler down to the other brake pipe.

Remove the seal from the pipe end.

Install:

the brake pipes. Tighten. See: TIGHTENING TORQUE
the brake pipe and the brake hose in the bracket. Tighten. See: TIGHTENING TORQUE .

NOTE:

The brake pipe must not be in contact with the car body. The brake hose must not be twisted.

Install:
