Removing The Steering Column From The Lower Steering Shaft Joint

Fold the floor carpet out of the way.

Bend up the outer section of the steering shaft boot.

Remove the retaining clip around the boot.

Pull the boot up.

Remove: 

NOTE:

Remove the ignition key so that the steering wheel lock is activated.
