Checking Components And Wiring
Check that fuse 11D/4 is intact.
Check that the back-up (reversing) lamp bulbs are intact.
Check the cable between fuse 11D/4 terminal #2 and relay 2/80 terminal #5. Check the cable between relay 2/80 terminal #3 and the left and right upper lamp housing switches terminal #3. Check these cables for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS . Check these cables for a short-circuit to ground according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO GROUND, PERMANENT FAULTS .
Check the cable between the left and right upper lamp housing switch terminal #1 and the ground terminal for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS .
Remedy as necessary.
