Checking Supply: Notes

Check passenger compartment fuse 24 (11C/24:2).

Check the cable between combined instrument panel supply relay (2/29) #3 and passenger compartment fuse 24 (11C/24:2) for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS  and a short-circuit to ground according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO GROUND, PERMANENT FAULTS .

Check that the relay is not defective.

Check the cable between combined instrument panel #1 and parking brake connector #1 for a short-circuit to ground according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO GROUND, PERMANENT FAULTS .

Check the cable between combined instrument panel #1 and combined instrument panel supply relay (2/29) #1 for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS  and a short-circuit to ground according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO GROUND, PERMANENT FAULTS .

Check the cable between combined instrument panel #14 and ground for an open-circuit according to OPEN-CIRCUIT, PERMANENT FAULTS  and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to SHORT-CIRCUIT TO SUPPLY VOLTAGE. PERMANENT FAULTS .

Remedy as necessary
