Testing the motion sensor in the passenger compartment

Sit in the car. Close all windows.
Activate the alarm by locking the vehicle using the remote control.
Wait 15 seconds, until the alarm has activated.
Deploy the alarm by moving your arms back and forth at the same level as the seat backrest.
A siren sounds and all hazard warning lights flash.
Deactivate the alarm by unlocking the vehicle using the remote control.

Activate the alarm by locking the vehicle using the remote control from outside the vehicle.
Wait 15 seconds.
Unlock using the key blade on the driver's side.
Open one of the doors. A siren sounds and all hazard warning lights flash.
Deactivate the alarm by unlocking the vehicle using the remote control.
