Checking The Function

• Ignition on
• Check the function of the switch on the tailgate by clicking on the VCT2000 symbol
• Press in the tailgate switch.

  The value should be Activated  when the switch is pressed in.

  HINT: If the switch status is activated when the switch is not pressed in, the fault is either in the switch or in the cable from the switch to the keyless vehicle module (KVM).

• YES 

  Refer to VERIFY 

• NO 

  Refer to CHECKING THE WIRING
