Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Condition 

One of the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) will be stored if the resistance in any of the wiring circuits is lower than 10 Ω for longer than 10 seconds:

SRS-0066

SRS-006E

depending on which wiring circuit the fault is in.

Possible Source 

• If the SRS control module identifies that a seat belt tensioner is installed, despite the control module being programmed that a seat belt tensioner is not installed.

Fault symptom[s] 

The SRS indicator lamp is lit.
