Installing The Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS)

NOTE:

For tightening torques, see: TIGHTENING TORQUE .

NOTE:

Ensure that nothing is between the SRS (supplemental restraint system) module and the body panel, such as large particles of dirt or dust. This can cause over-sensitivity or poor SRS system function.

Install:

the supplemental restraint system module (SRS)
the 3 x M6 screws and tighten
the connector.
the boot
the center console. See CENTER CONSOLE, REPLACING .
