Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PBM-U300029

Condition

Park Brake Module (PBM) checks information from the internal angle sensor.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

The value from the angle sensor is outside the permitted interval.
Incorrect value lasts longer than 5 seconds.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

Ignition position 0, I and II.

NOTE:

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
