- Install the drive shaft in the gearbox / viscous coupling
- Install the drive shaft in the gearbox, the stub axle and the control arm
- Align the drive shaft in the hub and the spring strut in the stub axle
- Adjust the stub axle to the dimension measured prior to removal

- Drain the oil
- Slacken off the nut on the return line for the oil pipe bracket a few turns
- Remove the splash guard under the engine
- Remove the oil pan and the seal
- Remove the oil filter
- Install the oil filter
- Drain off the remaining oil in the torque converter and the oil cooler
- Remove the screw nipple on the oil return line from the connection. Counterhold in the transmission
- Install a plastic hose on the oil return line
- Fill the transmission with oil. There are two different methods. Method 1
- Fill the transmission with oil. Method 2
- When filling (select method 1 or 2)
- Install the oil return line on the transmission
- Lower the car
