Checking The Power Supply And Ground

• Ignition off.

  Check that the fuses for the additive dosing module (ADM) in the central electronic module (CEM) are intact.

  Check the power supply cable from the central electronic module (CEM) to the additive dosing module (ADM). Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

  Check the cable between the ground terminal and the additive dosing module (ADM). Check for an open-circuit. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

  Check the ground terminal for the additive dosing module (ADM). Check for contact resistance and oxidation.
