Ignition on.
Activate the left-hand turn signal lamp by clicking on the VCT2000 symbol.

NOTE:
The turn signal lamp in the door mirror is not activated using this function.

Check if the fault is permanent or intermittent.

The left-hand turn signal lamp must light on activation.

The fault is permanent if the left-hand turn signal lamp does not activate.

If the left-hand turn signal lamp is activated, this is an indication that the fault was present previously but that it is not active at the moment, i. e. the fault is intermittent.
