• Ignition off
• Reconnect cables and switches.

  Check the function of the switch for opening the tailgate by attempting to open and close the tailgate.

Is the function OK? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to INFORMATION
