- Locate the ring cable for the reversing lamps;
- cars up to chassis number 130 000: Brown (BN)
cable
- cars with chassis number 130 000 - 415 000: Violet/White (VO/W)
cable
- cars with chassis number 415 000 - 800 000: Brown/Orange (BN/O)
cable
- cars from chassis number 800 000: Violet/White (VO/W)
cable.
- Cut off the cable and install the cable terminal.

- Cut off the cable terminal from the red (R) cable
- Install the cable terminals from the switch. See the illustration.
