Fitting Parts On The New Sub-Frame

Install: 

• the final drive
• the 3 screws. Tighten. See: TIGHTENING TORQUE
• the cable harness.

Install on both sides: 

• the longitudinal stay with both the lower and upper link arm as well as the track rod
• the screw, 1 pc., but do not tighten yet.

Install the screws on both sides, 2 pcs., but do not tighten yet.

Install the drive shafts on both sides See: REAR DRIVE AXLE .

Only applies to vehicles with Bi-Xenon lights. 

Fit the rear position sensor See: POSITION SENSOR REAR, HEADLAMP (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) or POSITION SENSOR REAR, HEADLAMP (2008, 2009, 2011,) .

Applies to all vehicles. 

Install: 

• the bracket with carbon filter holder
• the screws, 4 pcs. M6.
