Removing the mechanical gear selector cables from the transmission

Remove:

the retaining clip and washers for the mechanical gear selector cables.
the retaining clip (B) from the bracket.

WARNING:

Lift the Lock facings (A). Use a small screwdriver.

Remove the cables from the bracket.

Remove the connector for the rear light switch.

Disconnect the electrical connection.
