Lowering the Front Axle Crossmember

NOTE: Mark up the position of the front axle crossmember on the right and left sides of the body side at the front and rear. This is to avoid adjusting the wheel alignment after finishing work.

Position a transmission jack under the front axle crossmember for support.
Remove the six screws.

Lower the front axle crossmember to gain access to the anti-roll bar mountings.
