The drive shaft and vibration damper

Clean off any grease and dirt from the drive shaft. Install the vibration damper following the measurement made earlier.

HINT: To enable the vibration damper to slide more easily, apply a soap solution to the shaft and hole in the vibration damper. 

Install new clamps.
