Removing front bumper

Applies only to B4194T or B4204T engines: Remove the covers over the right and left headlamps
Remove the turn signal lamp bulbs on the left and right-hand sides
Remove screw A and the right and left retaining clips for the mudguard
Remove the cable clip B on the front bumper.

If applicable:

Disconnect the connectors for the outside temperature sensor, horn and headlamp wipers
Disconnect the washer hose for the headlamp wipers at the T-junction.

Remove the front engine cover under the engine. Disconnect the connectors for the sidemarker lamps.

If applicable:

Disconnect the connectors for the fog lamps.

NOTE: If a parking heater is installed, disconnect the power supply connection at the air cleaner (ACL) and disconnect the ground lead for the parking heater.

Remove the 2 clips (A) from the front bumper
Remove the 4 mounting screws for the bumper.

If applicable:

Fold the headlamp wiper arms forward.

Remove the front bumper assembly.
