Adjusting the Wiper Arm

Read the angle of the wiper arm to the windshield from the scale of the tool.
The correct angle is within the following range:
LHD -3° to -5°
RHD +3° to +5° .
CAUTION:
Do not damage the wiper arm surface. Use tape to protect the wiper arm.
Adjust the angle of the wiper arm to -4° or +4° as necessary. Turn the wiper arm using two wrenches as shown.
Fold the wiper arm out and remove the tool.
Install the wiper blade and fold the wiper arm down.
Test the function.
