Removing the roof trim

Start at the upper edge of the front windshield. Work downwards.

Press in using tool 9814071 between the window and the roof trim by the clips.

At the same time carefully pull up the roof trim.

Carry out the above procedure for the rear windshield.

Pull the roof trim upwards and out from the inside by the clips.

NOTE: Do not twist the roof trim.

Work backwards until the entire molding is loose.

Lift the molding off.

Remove:

the roof trim holder from the inside of the roof trim
the windshield clips
the end stop
the other clips in the end stop direction.
