Armrest panel, removing

Pull out the panel from the underneath
Cut through part of the guide for the head restraint. Press the pin in
Remove the 2 x locating pins
Pull out the panel from the top.

Install in reverse order.

NOTE: Only reinstall the locating pins for the head restraint if replacing the panel.
