Removing the control module

Raise the seat to its highest position.

Ignition off.

Remove the key.

NOTE: The key must be removed to ensure that the ignition is not switched on by mistake.

Wait 1 minute before starting work.

Remove:

the panels over the front mountings on the seat: Pull straight up
the panels above the rear mountings for the seat: Pull up and backward
the 4 screws for the seat.

Tip the seat back.

Slacken off the screw for the control module.

Remove:

the connector (2)
the control module (3).
